Radiology Medical Coordinator

Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is seeking a dynamic and well-organized Radiology Medical Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our Radiology Unit and deliver an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate appointments, patient flow, and daily activities of the Radiology Unit
Handle patient inquiries, scheduling of investigations, and report follow-up
Maintain accurate records, departmental reports, and documentation
Support timely billing and efficient service turnaround
Ensure high standards of patient care, confidentiality, and communication

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Science, or a related field
Previous experience in a hospital, medical centre, or diagnostic unit will be an added advantage
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Good computer literacy and report preparation skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Pleasant personality with a strong commitment to patient care
