Role Summary

Grids by Epic Collection, a contemporary lifestyle hotel nestled in the heart of Thalpe, is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Property Manager to lead our opening team and play a pivotal role in shaping an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel operations, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Degree or professional qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Sound knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest service.
• Financial and commercial acumen with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Establish and maintain the highest operational, service, and brand standards.
• Inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing team across all departments.
• Drive revenue, control costs, and achieve financial and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and health & safety standards.
• Monitor property presentation, quality assurance, budgets, and operational performance.
• Foster strong relationships with guests, business partners, and the local community.
