Property Research Analyst (Remote)

Role Summary

Our client is a growing Australian Buyer's Advocacy firm helping clients secure quality homes and investment properties across Australia. We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented professional to join their growing Property Research Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research suitable property opportunities based on client requirements.
• Analyse and compare properties using price, location and investment criteria.
• Prepare professional property shortlists and comparison reports.
• Liaise with builders, developers and selling agents.
• Maintain accurate property records and CRM updates.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Research, Business Analysis, Operations or a similar professional role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google Sheets & Slides.
• Familiarity with AI research tools is highly advantageous.
• Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
• Own laptop, mobile phone and reliable high-speed internet.
• Available Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Melbourne Time.
