Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical and bulk hiring requirements.
• Coordinate school-leaver and entry-level recruitment programs as a School Coordinator.
• Represent the company at island-wide career fairs, job fairs, and recruitment events.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in non-technical recruitment and bulk/mass hiring.
• Exposure to recruiting across multiple industries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with schools, educational institutions, and school leavers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel island-wide for recruitment events when required.
