Junior Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Review and shortlist CVs based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Assist with job advertisements and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil would be an added advantage.
