RED Team Specialist

Role Summary
The Central Bank of Sri Lanka is seeking a RED Team Specialist on a contractual basis for a period of not more than three years.
Responsibilities
- Perform RED Team Testing and Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS).
- Conduct proactive threat hunting and threat intelligence analysis.
- Monitor and analyze cybercrime reports and develop threat hunting frameworks.
- Document findings and provide reports to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Security/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology.
- OR professional certifications: OSCP, OSWE, OSEP, CEH, CPT, eCPPT, GPEN, or GWAPT.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Red Team or Penetration Testing activities.
- Proficiency in .NET, Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Age below 30 years as of 15.07.2026.
