With the rapid expansion plans in place, we are currently seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team.
HEAD OF REGION - WESTERN GAMPAHA
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate and implement strategies to enhance the growth of the portfolio.
- Enhance the credit quality of the portfolio.
- Drive initiatives to achieve and exceed regional profit targets.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis and provide insights to shape comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business channels.
- Oversee the efficient execution of the Recovery Action Plan.
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's Degree in Banking/Economics/Business Management/Finance/ Marketing from a recognised university.
- Full or partly qualification from CIM/SLIM or any other qualification from a recognised professional body.
- At least 10 years' experience in a reputed organisation, preferably in banking or non banking finance industry.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, ability to demonstrate positive attitude, drive, initiative and people management skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office with strong aptitude for using computers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil and English.
