Role Summary

Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to lead and oversee operations, business growth, and strategic initiatives across its healthcare services in the Anuradhapura region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the overall operations of Nawaloka Hospitals’ services in the Anuradhapura region.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and financial performance targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational efficiency and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the hospital's reach in the region.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop regional teams to deliver excellent results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Prepare reports, analyze performance, and provide recommendations to senior management.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in regional management or a similar leadership role, preferably in healthcare or a service-oriented industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving business targets and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Anuradhapura.
