Role Summary

SunAgro is seeking a dynamic and target-oriented professional to join our team to enhance sales growth, effectively manage regional operations, and further strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations and field activities in the assigned Eastern region.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and support to the regional sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consumers, business partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion.

Requirements/Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree, Higher Diploma, or an equivalent recognized qualification in the Agriculture field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Sales field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, dynamic, and result-oriented personality.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region.
