Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for our hardware products.

Location

Gampha, Colombo, Kalutara

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new customers and business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell hardware products.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on sales inquiries.
  • Conduct customer visits and market surveys.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on payments and collections.
  • Submit regular sales and activity reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience in the hardware, construction, or building materials industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Valid riding/driving license preferred.
  • Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply; prior experience is not essential as training will be provided.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: Negotiable + Incentives
  • Company will provide a motorcycle with fuel.
