Role Summary

Area Sales Manager / Sales Representative to be assigned to specific provinces islandwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to continuously improve sales strategies.

Requirements

• Proven work experience for a minimum of two years (03) field experience in sales & marketing; experience in the Hardware & construction field will be an added advantage.
• Good leadership and team management skills with computer literacy.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Passed GCE A/L.
• A valid Sri Lankan riding/driving license.
• Should be a Male aged between 30 – 45 years.
