Area Sales Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dealer & distributor networks within the assigned area
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team
• Ensure proper product display, branding, and promotions at dealer points
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in sales (hardware / power tools preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area
• Valid driving license
• Basic computer & reporting skills
