Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, motivation, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the sales process.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Drive the sales team to focus on the effective re-distribution of LLA products across all outlets, ensuring wider availability, improved numeric distribution, and maximum market penetration.
• Analyze regional data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for sales improvement.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Passed G.C.E. (A/L) examination.
• Professional qualification in sales or an academic qualification from a recognized Institute.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the capacity of Area Sales Manager in handling FMCG ideally in food products.
• Very good communication skills, pleasing personality. Team player and commitment are essentials.
• Positive work attitude with a result-oriented mindset.
• Age below 50 years.
• Ability to work independently.
