Role Summary

MCB Sri Lanka is looking for dynamic and career-oriented individuals to perform in a challenging environment as a Relationship Manager / Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships in Corporate, SME, and Retail Banking segments.
• Responsible for both assets and liability sales and achieving assigned targets.
• Identify new credit business, analyze, and appraise credit proposals while adhering to bank policies.
• Ensure credit applications for new and existing facilities are completed correctly.
• Generate Funded/Non-Funded/Fx revenue and processing fees as per targets.
• Analyze and appraise new and existing credit facilities for annual review.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Banking.
• Graduated from a recognized university or hold a full qualification in Banking.
• Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing from a recognized professional institute.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and cross-selling skills.
• Ability to work as a team player and independently.
