Requirements/Qualifications

• Possess minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Possess full or partial qualifications acceptable to the Bank.
• Possess sound knowledge of foreign exchange regulations and related banking practices.
• Be an effective team player with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Have strong decision-making abilities with the capability to analyze situations and make informed judgments.
• Have excellent motivational skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and support team members toward achieving objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Inputting outward remittances.
• Liaising with branches, business units, and correspondent banks to resolve discrepancies or delays.
• Collecting correspondence charges related to outward remittances and reconciling NOSTRO accounts.
• Responding to FIN 199/999 queries related to outward remittances.
• Submitting OTT-related reports to various regulatory and relevant bodies.
• Assisting in system upgrades, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
• Ensuring that OTTs processed are linked to the Sri Lanka Customs ASYCUDA system.
