Role Summary

The Intern - Research & Development supports technology initiatives in the garment industry through close collaboration with technical teams and manufacturing plants. Key tasks include technology scouting, material research, problem-solving, and maintaining project data. The focus is on driving innovation and improving existing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with technical teams.
• Scoping for new technologies.
• Technology validation.
• Working closely with manufacturing plants.
• Following up on technology-based projects.
• Research surveying and problem solving of existing technologies.
• Assisting team with material research and development.
• Working closely with CFT and upkeeping daily data collection and maintenance.

Requirements/Qualifications

• DB.Tech / BSc. or HNB in Textile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Material Engineering / Applied Science (Physics or chemistry).
• Good knowledge in materials.
