TICKETING & RESERVATIONS STAFF
Cloud9 – The Travel Team is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Ticketing & Reservations Staff Member to join our team in Colombo 03.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in airline ticketing and reservations or a similar agency role
- Proficiency in Amadeus and Sabre is essential
- Good knowledge of airline reservations, fares, and ticketing procedures
- Experience in ticket issuance, reinsurance, refunds, and cancellations
- Ability to handle itinerary planning, fare quotations, and reservations
- Knowledge of airline rules, fare conditions, and ticketing deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Experience in handling corporate and marine/seafarer travel will be an added advantage.
