About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Resident Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our boutique hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the hotel, guest satisfaction, staff supervision, and overall operational standards. The candidate must also have strong practical kitchen experience and be capable of taking charge of the kitchen and food preparation whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Supervise and coordinate staff across all departments.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and hotel presentation.
• Handle guest requirements, check-ins, check-outs, and operational matters.
• Oversee food and beverage operations.
• Take charge of kitchen operations when required, including food preparation, menu execution, hygiene, and stock control.
• Address guest and operational issues efficiently.
• Work closely with the owners/management to ensure the smooth running of the property.
• Be hands-on and multi-skilled, assisting wherever necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef, Hotel Manager, or Hospitality Supervisor.
• Practical kitchen experience is essential.
• Good command of Spoken English essential.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and guest-focused personality.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Flexible, hands-on, and team-oriented approach.
• Resident position (Single Accommodation required).
• Immediate appointment.
