Role Summary

Hillwood College, Kandy invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Residential Hostel Matron.

Female candidate with a pleasant, caring, and responsible personality.
Age below 55 years.
Previous experience in a boarding school or residential care environment will be an advantage.
Ability to maintain discipline while ensuring the safety, welfare, and well-being of students.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Willingness to reside on the hostel premises.

Supervise hostel residents and ensure their safety, welfare, and well-being.
Maintain discipline and uphold hostel rules and regulations.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel.
Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and school management.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance within the hostel premises.
