Hibiscus Beach Hotel in Wadduwa is seeking a talented & dynamic individual to steer the F & B department towards its true potential. We are seeking an experienced, result oriented individual for the above vacancy.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent from a recognized Hotel School
• Ability and confidence to manage the F & B department
• The passion to deliver & achieve exceptional/ high service standards
• Be a leader and a good team player, pleasant and outgoing personality
• To have a good command in English, written & spoken
• At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed star class Hotel. Should have minimum of 10 years experience in the F & B department
• Excellent knowledge of F & B operations, ability to train staff and improve service standards
• Banquet experience is required
• Age below 50 years
