Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily outlet operations.
• Deliver an outstanding premium customer experience.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
• Maintain world-class visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve store performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in premium fashion or branded retail management.
• Age 35 – 45.
• Proven leadership with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
• Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills.
• Strong knowledge of luxury retail operations and visual merchandising.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention.
• Ability to analyze KPIs, sales reports, and business performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
