WE ARE HIRING – RESTAURANT MANAGER
MistyVibe Restaurant & Café – Haputale is looking for an experienced, responsible, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the restaurant's daily operations
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the dining and service teams
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain food-service, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, uniforms, and performance
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and management
- Support sales growth, events, and promotional activities
- Control restaurant stock, wastage, and operating costs
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports
Requirements:
- Previous working experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management position
- Strong leadership and staff-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems professionally
- Honest, responsible, well-organized, and target-oriented
- Willing to work in Haputale
- Ability to communicate in English and Sinhala; Tamil would be an advantage
