Requirements

Restaurant Captain/Manager

• Former Military Forces personnel preferred (Sergeant rank or above).
• Experience in the food service or restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership, discipline, and customer service skills.
• Age: 35–55 years.
• Preference given to applicants living in the Kurunegala area.

Waiters

• Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel.
• Friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Age: 20–55 years.
• Preference given to applicants living in the Kurunegala area.
• Part-time workers also welcome.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary (Captain/Manager): LKR 50,000 or above (depending on experience and qualifications).
• Salary (Waiters): LKR 40,000 or above (depending on experience).
