Team Lead- Kelaniya (Restaurant)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across the outlet.
• Drive sales growth and revenue performance.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise outlet teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and brand consistency.
• Plan staff rosters, workload allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate training, coaching, and skill development of team members.
• Manage inventory, ordering, stock control, and supplier coordination.
• Ensure cost control and waste reduction.
• Monitor hygiene, safety, compliance, and operational guidelines.
• Handle customer feedback, service recovery, and quality improvement.
• Prepare periodic operational reports.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial capacity in the hospitality, fast food, or restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
• Good understanding of operational finance, cost control, and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Flexible, proactive, and results-oriented, with problem-solving capability.
• Willingness to work extended hours or shifts when required.
