Role Summary

We are a leading company providing vehicle services to all kinds of vehicle repairs in Biyagama. We are looking for an energetic candidate for the post of Store Assistant.

Training

• A two-week training program will be provided by the company for the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and inventory handling.
• Support maintaining accurate stock records manually and in the system.
• Enter daily stock transactions (GRN, issues, transfers) into the system.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and issuing spare parts and materials.
• Ensure proper arrangement and storage of items in the store.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for stock requirements.
• Assist in stock counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Carry out duties assigned by the Store Keeper / Management.

Requirements/Qualifications

• GCE A/L or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping or a related field (automobile industry preferred).
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and stock handling.
• Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of auto spare parts will be an added advantage.
• Age between 19 – 35 years.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Salary/Benefits

• Salary range: LKR 50,000 – LKR 55,000.
• Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM.
• Leave Days: Monday & Poya day.
