Showroom Cashier - Cuccio Sri Lanka

Role Summary

Cuccio Sri Lanka is seeking a responsible, trustworthy, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join our showroom team as a Cashier.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with appointments, product inquiries, and purchases
• Handle cash, card, and other customer payments accurately
• Issue bills, receipts, and invoices
• Maintain daily sales, cash, banking, petty cash, and transaction records
• Carry out end-of-day cash balancing and reporting
• Coordinate with the showroom, salon, accounts, and relevant teams
• Assist with stock counts, inventory records, and basic administration
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception and cashier area
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the salon or showroom

Candidate Requirements

• Age 25 years or above
• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification
• Previous experience in cashiering, accounts, finance, reception, sales, or a similar role
• Basic knowledge of finance, cash handling, computerized billing systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Honest, trustworthy, punctual, responsible, reliable, and attentive to detail
• Confident, self-motivated, well-presented, and well-organized
• Ability to work accurately and independently with minimum supervision
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, salon, or showroom operations will be an added advantage
