Job Profile
- Manage GRNs, sales returns, warranty replacements & item transfers.
- Handle Acer RMA processes for defective products/components.
- Issue & receive warranty and non-warranty spare parts.
- Maintain accurate ITSS stock records and inventory.
Job Requirements
- Good organizational & inventory management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of computer spare parts.
- Previous store/warehouse experience will be an advantage.
