Role Summary
Spring & Summer is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional for the position of Assistant Manager - Showroom (Fashion Retail) at our Panadura outlet.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a similar capacity.
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
- Extensive knowledge of the fashion industry and visual merchandising.
- Ability to identify customer requirements and establish rapport with clients.
- Ability to maintain staff performance through coaching, counseling, and appraising results.
- Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Age below 45.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the store and visual merchandising to a high standard.
- Manage and monitor staff performance.
