Role Summary

We are a public quoted company with multinational connections and Sri Lanka’s premier manufacturer of high-quality aluminium extrusions. Our group of companies offers a wide range of products, including steel roofing, MDF boards, steel & aluminium builders’ hardware, and various other construction-related items.

Location

Showroom Managers for Kadawatha and Malabe showrooms.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in selling hardware items and accessories to the building industry.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
• Leadership skills to supervise and motivate showroom staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies and increase showroom sales.
• Manage inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Motivate and supervise showroom staff.
