Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Support showroom promotions, events, and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (at least 1 year).
• Good negotiation and selling skills.
• Knowledge of electronics, mobile devices, solar products, or consumer products will be an added advantage.
