Role Summary

Bismil Trading & Tailoring is seeking a motivated, reliable, and experienced individual to join our team as Store Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to oversee daily store operations and contribute to the growth of our business. The position reports to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Guarantee accurate and timely handling of all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and merchandise is properly displayed.
• Improve store layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain precise records of all activities.
• Liaise with suppliers and handle procurement of trading and tailoring materials.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor store staff.
• Ensure operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Fully qualified in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a store management role (trading or tailoring experience is an advantage).
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Good numeracy and basic bookkeeping skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Computer literacy (basic MS Excel/Word/Inventory Software/ERP Tools) is an advantage.
