Role Summary
A new and exciting Bubble Tea Shop is looking for an experienced and responsible Shop Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete daily operation of the shop
- Supervise, train and manage staff
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Manage stock, purchasing and inventory
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Handle cash, daily sales and basic accounts
- Monitor staff attendance and work schedules
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues
- Assist with promotions and sales activities
- Ensure the shop operates efficiently and profitably
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, beverage outlet or similar business
- Experience managing staff is an advantage
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Honest, reliable and well-organised
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
