Role Summary

Innobot Health is hiring for RCM Associate, Senior RCM (VOB, Billing/Collections), and RCM Expert roles to simplify healthcare and make a real impact.

Requirements/Qualifications

RCM Associate

• Recent graduate in Healthcare, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication skills (English).
• Familiarity with hospital/medical billing (Advantage).
• Quick learner and team player.

Senior RCM (VOB, Billing/Collections)

• 1+ years experience in RCM.
• Proven experience in hospital/medical billing.
• Proficiency with RCM software (EPIC/AdvanceMD - Advantage).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (English).
• Leadership experience is a plus.

RCM Expert

• 3+ years experience in RCM.
• Advanced expertise in hospital/medical billing.
• Strong knowledge of coding (CPT, ICD-10, etc).
• High proficiency with RCM software (EPIC/AdvanceMD).
• Leadership and mentorship experience.
