Manager – Risk & Compliance

Job Profile

• Lead Finance Excellence Reviews (FER) to strengthen financial controls, compliance, and process improvements.
• Coordinate internal audit activities, ensuring timely completion and submission of monthly functional and payment audit reports.
• Facilitate and accompany outlet audit visits, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of audit observations.
• Investigate and report financial integrity concerns and complaints, ensuring appropriate and timely corrective action.
• Collaborate with the Parent Company's Risk & Control Team, providing required reports, updates, and support.
• Lead the company's ESG reporting framework, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for Restaurant and Shift Managers to strengthen awareness of controls, compliance, and risk management.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Audit, Risk, Compliance or a related field.
• A Degree in Finance/Accounting or part qualification in CA/ACCA.
• Strong exposure to financial reporting, internal controls, audit and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strong focus on accountability and results.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word and financial systems.
