Risk Engineering Lead

Role Summary

Allianz Insurance Lanka Ltd is looking for a professional to support the Commercial and Claims Departments by conducting risk and non-motor claim inspections, assisting in risk assessment, premium determination, and accurate claim settlement in line with policy conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk inspections for commercial department and prepare respective reports for management.
• Conduct non-motor claim inspections and prepare respective reports for management.
• Preparation of monthly self-productivity reports for management.
• Provide necessary guidance for motor assessors to conduct initial inspections of non-motor claims.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Accounting, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in risk inspections and non-motor claim assessments.
• Prior experience supporting underwriting and claims functions.
• Ability to interpret policy conditions and insurance principles accurately.
• Attention to detail with clear and effective report-writing skills.
