Candidate Profile

• Following or completed a Certificate course in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
• Age below 35 years.
• Basic knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements and site safety practices.
• Willingness to learn and support safety management activities on construction and telecommunication projects.
• Ability to assist with site safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
• Conduct routine site safety inspections and report unsafe conditions.
• Support toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist in incident and accident investigations.
• Maintain safety documentation and compliance records.
• Support the Safety Officer/Project Manager in achieving project safety objectives.
