REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

1. SAFETY OFFICER - 01

Any one of the following qualifications and experience combination from A to B,

A. A basic degree recognized by the U.G.C. AND
A Six (06) months Diploma in Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) conducted by an Institute recognized by the Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) AND
Three (03) years' experience in similar capacity in a reputed organization.

B. A basic degree recognized by the U.G.C. AND
National Diploma in Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) conducted by National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) AND
Two (02) years experience in similar capacity in a reputed organization.

2. ENGINEERING ASSISTANT (CIVIL) - 01 / (ELECTRICAL) - 02

Any one of the following qualifications from A to E:

• A. National Diploma in Technology (NDT) in the relevant field awarded by the Institute of Technology, University of Moratuwa (ITUM).
• B. National Diploma in Engineering Science (NDES) conducted by the Institute of Engineering Technology (IET) Katunayake, in the relevant field under the National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority.
• C. Higher National Diploma in Engineering (HNDE) conducted by Advanced Technology Institute (ATI), Mattakkuliya and Labuwda, in the relevant field, under the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLIATE).
• D. Diploma in Technology (Dip. Tech) in the relevant field opened by the Open University of Sri Lanka.
• E. Equivalent qualification in the relevant field not less than NVQ Level 6 awarded by an institute accepted by the Sri Lanka Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC).

Minimum 03 years of experience.

3. QUANTITY SURVEYOR ASSISTANT - 01

Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveyor (HNDQS) conducted by Advanced Technology Institute (ATI) at Labuwda, in the relevant field, under the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLIATE)
OR
Pass level 1, 2, and 3, examination conducted by the Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (IQSSL) AND
