Manager - Marketing & Sales

Role Summary

Wishque (Pvt) Ltd, one of Sri Lanka's leading e-commerce and gifting companies, is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Manager – Marketing & Sales to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen digital presence, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Lead marketing and sales team and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, email, and other online platforms.
• Drive online sales growth through innovative e-commerce marketing strategies.
• Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and product teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics and prepare regular management reports.
• Build strategic partnerships to expand the company's market reach.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and online advertising.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
