The Job Role

• Promote and sell freight and logistics services to new and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Accompany and support junior sales staff during client visits, meetings, negotiations and drive & guide them to achieve set targets.
• Achieve given sales targets.

Experience / Qualifications / Skills

• 4–5 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry.
• Proven experience in developing new customers and maintaining existing client relationships.
• Experience in achieving sales targets and business development.
• Experience in conducting client visits, presentations, and business meetings.
• Diploma / Degree or Professional qualifications in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to successfully close business leads.

Benefits

• Starting salary 250,000 + Sales Commission (Negotiable)
