Management Trainee - Sales & Portfolio Growth, MSME

We seek a dynamic, motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team as a Management Trainee – Sales & Portfolio Growth, Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) Segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in business development and financial services, a positive can-do attitude, sound decision-making ability and the confidence to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team. The role offers the opportunity to build expertise in serving the MSME segment in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new MSME clients and business opportunities
• Promote loan products and other financial solutions to MSME customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Assist with customer documentation, onboarding and follow-up
• Achieve assigned business development and marketing targets
• Conduct field visits, market surveys and other business development activities as required
• Support the team in identifying opportunities to expand the MSME customer portfolio

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Management, B.Com, Marketing, and Agricultural Technology or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• A strong, results-oriented mindset with a flair for sales and business development
• Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with clients
