Role Summary

NMI Infra (Pvt) Ltd is looking for self-motivated, dynamic individuals to join their Green Electric team as Sales Representatives and Training Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Representatives

• Promote and market products to support company growth and profitability.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Perform integral roles in new business pitches and manage client bases.
• Maintain customer portfolios through regular and methodical follow-ups.

Training Sales Representatives

• Promote products to drive company growth.
• Follow up on customer inquiries.
• Assist Senior Sales Representatives in achieving management-set sales targets.

Requirements/Qualifications

Sales Representatives

• G.C.E. O/L qualified.
• Result-oriented with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (speaking Tamil is an added advantage).
• Age below 35 years.

Training Sales Representatives

• G.C.E. O/L qualified.
• Age below 25 years.

Location

• Sales Representatives: Malabe, Pettah (Greater Colombo)
• Training Sales Representatives: Island wide
