ASSISTANT DIRECTOR - SALES

Your Role

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with corporate and Travel agents.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets and customer segments.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and business meetings.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and other business partners.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Assist the Director of Sales in developing annual sales plans, budgets, and revenue strategies.

Qualification

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in hotel sales.
• At least 2 years of experience in a senior management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications in Sales & Marketing or Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.
