Junior Executive - Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in coordinating day-to-day operations.
• Help prepare monthly sales reports.
• Coordinating with customers to arrange appointments, purchase orders and deliveries.
• Assist in maintaining customer records, databases, and documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication & organizational skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Note: School leavers are welcome to apply at a trainee level.
