Role Summary

Vishwa Graphics (Pvt) Ltd is a company specializing in plate making, offset printing, and graphics designing. We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator and a Trainee Sales Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities (Sales Coordinator)

Responsible for working closely with corporate customers, coordinating with senior management, factory, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and timely processing of orders and administrative support.

Requirements

Sales Coordinator

• Age 22-35
• Minimum two years experience in a similar capacity in service or manufacturing industry
• Attractive communication skills
• Working knowledge in English language preferred
• Experience in preparing quotations and handling corporate customers is an added advantage
• Good telephone skills and disciplines
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in MS-Office, MS Excel, Email, and Internet
• Willing to work hard with a positive attitude

Trainee Sales Coordinator

• Age below 25 years
• Attractive communication skills
• Working knowledge in English language preferred
• Willing to work hard with a positive attitude

Location

Residing in close proximity to Kottawa – Homagama area is preferable. Office located at: No. 90, Wasanawatta Road, Mattegoda.
