Responsibilities:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to use multiple digital platforms to generate sales.
Strong reporting, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to prepare quotations, pricing, and professional business correspondence.
Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
Previous experience in sales, hospitality, food & beverage, or retail is an advantage.
Support operational requirements when needed.
Drive repeat orders through proactive customer engagement and relationship management.
Develop and grow B2B sales with corporate clients, offices, and catering customers.
Generate sales through multiple digital and communication platforms.
Prepare quotations, pricing, and professional written proposals for clients.
Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular performance updates.
Coordinate promotions and identify new business opportunities.
