THE ROLE:

Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use multiple digital platforms to generate sales.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations, pricing, and professional business correspondence.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, food & beverage, or retail is an advantage.
• Support operational requirements when needed.
• Drive repeat orders through proactive customer engagement and relationship management.
• Develop and grow B2B sales with corporate clients, offices, and catering customers.
• Generate sales through multiple digital and communication platforms.
• Prepare quotations, pricing, and professional written proposals for clients.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular performance updates.
• Coordinate promotions and identify new business opportunities.
