Sales Coordinator - Air Compressors & Pneumatics

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by coordinating customer inquiries, preparing quotations, managing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain customer records and update the system.
• Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, and pending orders.
• Coordinate with the stores and service departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, payments, and delivery schedules.
• Handle telephone calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries professionally.
• Support branch operations and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• G.C.E A/L, Diploma or Any other equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in sales coordination will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Email Handling).
• Ability to communicate effectively in Sinhala, Tamil, and English is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in industrial equipment or engineering products will be an added advantage.
