Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC is the owner, developer, and manager of the World Trade Center, Colombo, and Havelock City, integrated mixed-use development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing to create collateral and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in sales management.
• Practically in the real estate, automobile, or service sectors.
• Possess strong networking skills and experience in dealing with High-Net worth clientele.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achievement.
• Age Between 30-45.
