Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of field sales representatives, ensuring their success in meeting sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and revenue in the salon industry.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with salon customers, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Effectively promote and market our cosmetics products to salons, highlighting their unique selling points and benefits.
- Utilize our digital sales platform and other online tools to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution, ensuring prompt and satisfactory solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- A relevant Diploma or Degree in Sales from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years' experience at a managerial level in the Cosmetic Industry.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Proficiency in digital sales strategies, including familiarity with CRM systems and online sales platforms.
Salary/Benefits
- Basic: about LKR 130K
- Vehicle: LKR 90K
- Fuel: Actual can be claimed
- Sales incentive: up to LKR 100K
