Regional Sales Manager (Cosmetic Industry) - Central

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of field sales representatives, ensuring their success in meeting sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and revenue in the salon industry.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with salon customers, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Effectively promote and market our cosmetics products to salons, highlighting their unique selling points and benefits.
  • Utilize our digital sales platform and other online tools to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution, ensuring prompt and satisfactory solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • A relevant Diploma or Degree in Sales from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience at a managerial level in the Cosmetic Industry.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital sales strategies, including familiarity with CRM systems and online sales platforms.

Salary/Benefits

  • Basic: about LKR 130K
  • Vehicle: LKR 90K
  • Fuel: Actual can be claimed
  • Sales incentive: up to LKR 100K
