Sales Manager Vacancy
Laklights Food Products (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the Lak Cool beverage range across Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Lak Cool beverage range.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers and key customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure effective distribution and brand visibility in the market.
- Prepare sales reports and future plans for business growth.
Ideal Candidate
- Sufficient experience and educational qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in FMCG / Beverage sales (Sales Manager level or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel island-wide.
